The discovery of HAK faced many challenges and problems that occur in prison, problems and challenges that occur because in prison related to the work of the ministry, and also the Department of Justice itself and the defenders who support prisoners, especially those we call the preventive prisoners. The problem occurred, monitoring rights for three years ago, some impressions that did not continue to make changes constantly, HAK responsible for the prison problem, wanted to ask the government through the Ministry of Justice and Public Defenders to ensure and responsible for prison problems, for detention , although there are limits in their rights but in other rights they must enjoy as other citizens. “Speaking of work positions in the room, it also discusses the deficiencies for poor transportation facilities and services, especially in the first sec, so that become a question for me and the Ministry of Justice and the structure of the Director of Detention. Also talking about work that is more advocacy for public defenders who are less than optimal, therefore will come with recommendations. As I know it matches enough resources to get as public defenders around more than 30 people to be answered for assessment to make the first interrogation perseverance and to strengthen them.” He said
