Dili, December 18, 2024 (Média Democracia) – To celebrate Christmas and New Year, the Ministry of Industry has plans to open a cheap bazaar in the short term.
Minister of Industry, Filipus Nino Perreira Rego said, the Ministry of Industry already has a short-term plan to open a cheap bazaar to welcome Christmas and New Year and will collaborate with the national workforce.
“We have a Cheap Bazaar, now we are collaborating with the national workers’ association which has told us to organize this Cheap Bazaar,” said Minister of Industry Filipus Nino to journalists at the MKI Hall, Bebora, on Tuesday.
He said that this cheap bazaar will be opened on December 20, because it is still in the implementation stage, but the location has not been determined.
“The goods sold in this cheap bazaar are like basic necessities, the price of the goods is normal but will be sold even cheaper so that people can buy them,” he said.
He emphasized that through this cheap bazaar, it can make it easier for people to manage their finances during Christmas and provide an opportunity for people who do not have enough money to use it to buy these necessities.
“The cheap bazaar that we are holding can provide benefits to the community, not only some, but some who do not have enough income can take advantage of this cheap bazaar to buy these items.” He added.
In addition, this cheap bazaar will be opened in the short term and will be organized by national workers who have collaborated with the Ministry of Industry.
